According to the minimal criteria to define human MSCs by ISCT, MSCs must express CD105, CD90, and CD73 and be lack expression of CD45, CD34, CD11β, CD19, and HLA-DR. The purity of AlphaCyte MSC products is far above the FDA acceptance criteria.
